Tell NH lawmakers: Protect workers’ rights!

The “Right to Work” Bill 238-FN is scheduled for a public hearing in the State House on TOMORROW, Wednesday, January 22, at 8:30 AM. Protect Granite State workers from government interference by voicing your opposition to this bill.
Right-to-work laws weaken the ability of unions to ensure family-sustaining wages, benefits, quality training, and safe workplaces for workers. In states where it is the law, ALL working people make far less – about $8,500 less – every year.
We urge every member to register to oppose this legislation, which hurts ALL workers. Please note that indicating your opposition does not require your testimony. Follow the steps below to submit your opposition and testimony to the House Labor Committee:

- Select the committee: “House Labor, Industrial and Rehabilitative Services“
- Choose the Bill: “10:00 AM – HB 238-FN“
- Select the appropriate option for the “I am” dropbox (likely “Member of the Public”)
- Fill in the content box under “I’m Representing” with the business, organization, or group you are representing. If you are representing yourself only, write “myself.”
- Check the circle stating, “I oppose this bill.”
- OPTIONAL: If you wish to speak during the hearing to present your testimony, you must attend in person at the State House.
